Kenny Ho and his team were very communicative, professional, and helpful during the entire process. I had to replace an entire HVAC system and he recommended me the best unit efficiency and even worked with me to figure out different models to find the one that worked best for my situation, he even helped me make updates late at night the day before installation! The installation went very smoothly and him and his team got a removal cleaning, installing, configuring, and testing all from 9-5 same day! He even uses the best type of thermostats. At the end he walked me thru the final install and shared me the installation warranty for all parts. I will definitely work with him and recommend him as my go-to HVAC guy!

Very positive experience with 75 deg AC. I recently had my entire 20 year old AC system replaced. My old system was not keeping up in the afternoon heat. Kenny inspected my system and recommended replacement but also was attentive to holding cost down as much as possible by not recommending things I didn't need. I especially liked that Kenny does not sub out his HVAC work - he uses direct hire Techs that he has worked with for years. I was amazed by the 4 person team that showed up at my house the scheduled day - they worked as one team, fast, efficient, tore the old system out and put the new one in all in the same day, including some electrical upgrades and duct work. I couldn't be happier. Our house is cold again. Would definitely recommend Kenny and 75 Deg AC.

**UPDATE: Since their repair, our monthly electric usage has drastically increased, paying >$100 more per month at the same rate. Makes me think they didn’t seal the unit well. The whole time it felt like they were trying to scam us! Our A/C was running but not keeping up. The evaporator coil was bad, but under warranty. Kenny’s team uninstalled the part WITHOUT checking that the replacement was in stock. My husband had to call the parts shop Kenny’s team used to find out the part didn’t need to be uninstalled to validate the warranty. Due to 75 degree’s mistake, we now had no working A/C, were quoted a 2-6 week wait for the part and Kenny said he wouldn’t reinstall the coil because it was “double the work”. Nobody should be without A/C in August but we have a 7 month baby! It wasn’t until my husband worked with the parts store, threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and threatened to pull the job altogether that Kenny “found” a replacement part. They left our house a mess, screws, insulation and welding left out in and around the attic. Then Kenny called 4 times in 4 minutes for payment since he wasn’t on site. I paid him within 10min of getting the invoice. Horrible customer service and if you don’t understand the situation, Kenny will scam you.
