We are new to the Naples area, and I decided to install a whole-house dehumidifier to help keep our home comfortable and safe. I am a big fan of reading customer reviews and using them as a major point in decision-making, and ACMAN gets great reviews, so I made the call. From the moment I spoke with Diego, I felt assured that ACMAN was the company to choose, so we did. Keep in mind we have a dual HVAC system, one for each floor, and both units are in the same room. From the start, Diego and his team treated my new home with great care, wore shoe covers when in the home (which is huge for us – mad respect), and kept me informed throughout the whole process. When finished, I had pictures and video of the work. Other than the new dehumidifier, I could barely tell anything had been touched as the HVAC room looked as good, or better, than before the work. They thoroughly tested the system and adjusted it where necessary until it was working perfectly and quietly. We now have complete control over high humidity levels, and we are super happy with the project. Additionally, we replaced the builder-grade thermostats (which perform much better than the originals) and installed return-vent filters to help keep the ducts clean. We have hired ACMAN to maintain our HVAC systems going forward, and we look forward to many years of being comfortable in our home thanks to Diego and his fantastic team. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our recent experience with tremendously hands-on owner Diego and his professional team. Their services were originally brought to our attention via a neighbor who had recently been a very pleased customer and who is a veteran construction management engineer himself. In turn, Diego excelled in communication throughout the project and brought immediate personal attention to our needs, including providing valuable insights not shared by our previous AC provider nor an alternative competitor that we were also considering. Most importantly, we have been extremely pleased with the outcome that was delivered at a fair price. Likewise, how quickly it transpired, as it only took a week from our first conversation until our more than satisfactory thorough completed installation!
This week, the AC Man, Diego, and his great crew installed a new Trane AC system at our home. It runs with variable speed, is very quiet, and incorporates the latest technologies including Wi-Fi access. The AC Man & crew receive my full endorsement. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and highly recommended.
I can’t recommend AC Man enough. Diego and his team did an amazing job !! Diego went above and beyond for me. My air went out late afternoon in the peak of the summer heat and he was at my house that evening . Besides not charging me for an after hours service call, he was able to quickly diagnose. My big AC unit needed to be replaced 😫 and not only was he able to replace my AC the next day but he left and came back in 10 min with a window AC unit to cool my bedroom temporarily for the night until his team could come back in the am. Wow ….I was so shocked and so grateful! Top notch service! His team was fantastic, they installed a brand new Trane Air Conditioners, they put paper down on all my floors and cleaned out all the ducts and upgraded my vents with filters. It’s rare to find a company with this level of honesty, professionalism, and customer care. They earned my trust and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. I’m very impressed of the work this company does. I didn’t know my ducts were so dirty. We were literally breathing dust and bacteria every day. No wonder why we had so many allergic reactions in the past. After an amazing service we are now in good shape. Our builder neglected to install filtered return grills and that lead us to massive concentration of dust and dirt inside our duct work. We were completely unaware of this until we have the duct work inspected by ACMan. They showed us how our ducts looked and we hired them to do the work. As part of our annual membership program we have with them for $300 a year twice a year we get 10% discount on all work needed anytime. That made it so much cheaper and we couldn’t be happier now. We can breathe the difference. This service is highly recommended if you don’t have any type of filters on you grills. Quality work and satisfaction guarantee
