Was looking for a great company with great customer service and tried Ethan Clark AC for my summer Pre-check. I always do an AC maintenance check prior to our Houston heat. I also knew I probably needed a new capacitor. Clark (owner) was excellent. I would say above and beyond. Vacuumed out leaves from unit even though not really necessary. Replaced filter in attic (with one I provided). Used American made capacitor to replace my 9 year old one made in China. Thoroughly flushed out line and sure enough it had a science experiment growing in it which unfortunately is common at my house. Clark is professional and polite. Pricing very reasonable.
I called Ethan Clark because I had a leak coming from my A/C unit. From the beginning the experience was amazing. I was told that I would get a text between 10 and 12 and right around 10 I got a text. Jake came out. He was nice, pleasant, friendly, and informative. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. He didnt try to upsell me or pressure me to buy anything extravagant. He not only found the source of the problem and fixed it. He also told me what to do to prevent it from happening again. I will definitely be coming back to this company
Ethan was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. He also gave fair pricing for his work. I will be using his company from here on out.
Unsolicited review - we have used these guys for many years and found them to be honest and never trying to upsell. We had our A/C go out on early on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago. I texted them at 7am Saturday and they were ready to have someone come out by 9am; however, after some back and forth texts, the company's owner was able to diagnose the problem and I was able to fix it myself (the drainage was clogged - quick wet vac took care of it). I offered to pay for his remote help and he wouldn't charge me. Great company and would not hesitate to recommend.
Ethan Clark AC is amazing!! I’ve been working with them for over two years and their service is always spot on! They are quick to come out and offer fair prices! Jake is great - so friendly and personable. Always a great experience!! Highly recommend!
