Mario did an outstanding job on my buyer’s inspection. He was responsive, professional, and able to accommodate us on short notice, which was greatly appreciated! He arrived on time, was thorough throughout the inspection, and provided detailed, valuable feedback in his report that helped my buyer make informed decisions. His dedication to getting the job done right was evident from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Mario to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable inspector.
I'm so glad I went with this company! Everyone from the owner to the techs I encountered were on time, pleasant and professional. John came out to give a diagnosis, and he was extremely knowledgeable about my Daikin mini split four-port ductless hvac system. The tech from another company who installed it, should have brazed all 4 refrigerant lines to ensure that there wouldn't be any leaks or suggested I do so. He showed me which units were leaking, but I decided to get all four units done to avoid issues in the future with the others. The other company had a one month work warranty which I was informed is a red flag but honestly didn’t want to get anymore work done by them after this tedious job and getting U0 error code after exactly 1 month. The diagnosis fee was waived due to getting the work done by the company. The price was affordable and on point. I can't say how grateful I am to them, because all of my saved up funds going towards the initial install with the other company. The pic shows minimal repair needing to be done after they meticulously worked on each unit which I will get patched up and painted. Vibrant made it right, and I can't sing enough of John's praises!
We replaced our full system, and Vibrant Mechanical did a great job at a good price. The crew was also polite and cleaned up after the job was complete. We had to have them back out to make some adjustments, and they came immediately then came another day to review all the work from top to bottom. I was very pleased with them overall. That being said, the paperwork did not go as smoothly. There were a number of missteps in that area, and I had to follow-up multiple times. All in all, I would recommend them.
Mario did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our Zone board to support our AC. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, what needed to be repaired, and how everything worked, which we really appreciated. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire visit. He also helped us get our home maintenance plan going, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, Mario provided great service and made the entire process easy to understand. Highly recommend!
The technician completed a t diagnostic. However, the proposed repair was different and more than twice the price of two competing quotes for the same repair, both of which similar profile and reviews, it also included a full diagnostic, the report limited report compared to the two other diagnostics and limited response to my questions about the quote. I was surprised given the company's excellent reviews.
