Bad company, horrible customer service. Our office has a unit in the ceiling. NO ONE other than Air Cool has serviced it. Suddenly, it has a cracked internal drain pan. The only way that happens is someone stressing the drain line attached. Air Cool takes no responsibility and the customer no-service person gets upset that I am questioning them. I would avoid them.
This is an excellent company. I have now dealt with them for two years. Prompt, efficient, easy to deal with and very conscientious. I highly recommend!

Efficient & Great Service. We needed a new AC for our home and glad we used Air Cool Inc. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, kept everything neat while they worked and showed us how to use the new controls. A great experience. I highly recommend them.
Air cool installed a central AC system for me to replace my window shakers .......26 years ago!! It worked great that whole time, when it was time to replace, no need to get estimates from 3 companies.....I knew who I was calling!! Best AC people in all of Naples👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
