Bruce was outstanding! Extremely helpful without seeming at all “pushy”. He moved furniture all around for us, demonstrated various features and gave us lots of information about deliveries, services and sales for different items. He left us alone when needed and checked in to advise as necessary. We are getting just what we need. Thank you, Bruce. You made furniture shopping much less stressful!
Jocelyn was awesome! I came in and knew what I was looking for, a comfy loveseat with a small footprint. She knew just where to take me in the store and showed me different options. I had a great experience shopping here. Special thanks to Will for the fast service and for really knowing what he’s doing at checkout — everything was smooth and efficient. What I appreciated most is that I found a complete furniture set where all four pieces matched perfectly. I didn’t have to spend time searching or trying to combine items from different styles. I’m someone who knows exactly what I need and doesn’t like spending too much time choosing, so finding everything in one set was a huge plus. Highly recommend!
TBH, I had a low opinion of Ashley formed a long time ago. I’m happy update that with a very favorable opinion now. Our Sales Associate, Benjamin, was great. He was patient, personable, and helpful in guiding our search for a new mattress and foundation. I would give 5 stars except we had quite a snafu which was a BIG disappointment (be aware the comfort promise [a central part of the reason to go with Ashley] doesn’t apply to Sealy Cedar Knoll).
Bruce at Ashley Furniture was an exceptional salesperson to work with. He was genuine, patient, and very helpful. He demonstrated the products well and worked with us to find our needs. We purchased quite a few items from the store including: A dining room table with chairs, shelving, a bedroom set, and a few other small decorative items. If we have future furniture needs, we'd gladly work with Bruce again.
