I called to schedule an appointment, and our upstairs A/C unit was diagnosed and repaired the very same day! They made the whole process quick and stress-free. I had this company come out to inspect my unit and make sure everything is working correctly. They came out and said that everything was working great. Immediately after, I felt the unit wasn’t working right but since I had been told it was working great we continued. Two months after they checked it, it started leaking water. My husband and I noticed the drain line is on the ground and not attached and according to photos has been that way since they came out before. We took the cover off and could see it had been attached with electrical tape and come off. I am shocked they didn’t realize either of these issues when they looked at my unit in May. I was told over the phone that they “don’t have time” to unscrew the cover. But isn’t that exactly what I’m paying for, their time to look at my unit? After complaining they sent someone out to reattach the tube. Before he left, I asked if that’s why he thinks it was leaking in the house and he said probably. Unsurprisingly today it’s leaking again. They came back out charged me $190 told me it’s leaking Free and I need to buy a new unit. I don’t understand what the point of having them come out in May was if they were gonna tell me the unit was working perfectly just for it to then crap out two months later. I do not trust this company and their work and would not recommend them.

Wonderful experience. A different company did my fall service and tried to pressure me into a completely new system ($20,000). Authorized lived up to their reputation as an honest company, no new system needed, just a little adjusting. Tech was friendly, professional, and a veteran! I would HIGHLY recommend Authorized Heating and Air Conditioning.

Nick from Authorized Service took care of my A/C issues and got the system working perfectly. Explained everything he did. I signed up for a maintenance plan at a good price.

Service is usually excellent and today was no exception with Nick as the hvac specialist. Nick was prompt, thorough, very knowledgeable, personable; there was no price increase 👍🏻, and, most especially, our 2 Trane units passed inspection with flying colors. I guess I can uncross my fingers now …
