I’m a little disappointed in your customer service. I came in the day before for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows, paid good money, and even left a tip. The next day when I came back to have my nose hairs removed, you charged me thirty-five dollars again, which was very unprofessional. You should not have charged me at all given that I had just been there and was a loyal customer. Despite how you’ve treated me, I will be back regardless.

This was my first visit for a pedicure, and I’m so happy with the service and the efficient and friendly staff. Thrilled with my pedi, and the nice touches, like a shoulder massage while waiting for my toenails to dry, was much appreciated! Thank you to all the staff, especially Audrey and the lovely lady who repaired my damaged toenails with acrylic powder.

This place is always a hit or miss. They were consistent for a little but today was really my last straw. I was charged $25 for this “manicure “… after seeing how bad my pedicure turned out, I did not want to waste my time on another service so I asked for my gell to be removed and to just have a plain manicure. No buffing or detail was put into the service and my pedicure was so painful and messy .. not to mention $80

No better place to get my nails done! Dani & Mia are the best! They always take such good care of my nails and do a perfect job! I’ve been going to them for 3 years now, and never left upset with my nails! Perfect shape & coloring. I am very happy with my nails!

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE My mom and I went here to relax and spend some quality time. As soon as we walked in they rushed us picking our nail colors. They showed us options that cost more and didn’t tell us until the end. “This color is nice what do you think?” “Ok so you want this color?” +$40 Gel polish $20 Chrome powder $20 I requested fake nails and they talked me into Gelx $65 instead of Acrylic $38. Also didn’t explain price difference… +$27 for Gelx instead of Acrylic “It looks more natural” “You’ll like it better” They started putting them on my mom and she said “I didn’t ask for this… I want my own nails” (Regular manicure with gel $40) “It’ll look like your nails” “It’s fine” “you’ll like them” Proceeds to dismiss my mom and puts them on anyway. +$20 for fake nails my mom didn’t want At the end I asked for an itemized copy of my receipt. They instead printed one with the total. I asked them to explain the price and they tried to act like they didn’t understand and finally told me. $58 pedi - Lavender scrub $65 gelx mani $20 Chrome powder $20 Gel polish Individual Total : $163 We paid and tipped for their time but we won’t be back. They prices are a bit high but I would’ve felt better about paying that much had I not been tricked into it. I also would have picked differently had I not been rushed and prices were explained before service. FYI - You can get 16 jars of chrome powder on amazon for $9.99 Charging me $20 to add that to my nails is enough to get me started on doing my nails myself.
