BMW Roadside Assistance contacted Bald Eagle for a tow. 2.6 hours wait. 3 hours later I called and another 1.5 hours was added to the wait time. After failing that arrival, now 5 hours, BMW contacted me saying that they cancelled the pickup. Never heard from Bald Eagle and instead I had to contact them. Horrible customer service and a complete waste of time for me. I wish I could post a zero star review.

Have used Bald eagle towing several times and every time it’s been an easy process. Have not waited more than 45 minutes for a driver to show. Person answering phone always nice and friendly. Driver as well nice and friendly. Thank you for help!

Completely rude & not helpful at all. Photographs of my car were taken after damage was done & not when they arrived on scene. You would think to take pictures of other people's property when called on scene, during transport, & while at the yard to avoid any disputes but this company is completely old school & have a very rude front desk attendant. By the way they charge for police directed tows instead of charging the police or the county sheriff. They should not charge owners for police holds. Completely unprofessional. Get with the times.

Bald Eagle Towing Naples is the BEST , Thank you all to Terri the dispatcher who worked fast to get driver to me , 36 miles away and to the driver ,Logan who got over to me very quickly as I waited for the other 4 companies that never showed up earlier . Thank you guys , you are the REAL DEAL TOWING COMPANY with GREAT SERVICE and AFFORDABLE RATES .
