Went out for a night out with family and wanted to play the pool tables. Be aware it is paid parking unless you get validation. There are multiple levels of parking but the parking spaces are very tight and you must park in line or face possibly be towed. It is well advised to park on the first floor if you are wheel chair accessible as there is no elevators which made it very inconvenient for my family member. The only way down is a very rusty staircase. There is a big sign that will point you to the staircase. I would advise caution while walking down. I get that it's got a club vibe with rules but it was 7pm and unfortunately we couldn't go in due to a concert going on that day and that my daughter was under 18. Maybe hopefully it's a better experience next time

I came to see the Cajun Peaches final performance. 2/12/26. The show was awesome, the venue was very nice! With a fun respectful , college age party crowd. Very reminiscent of Dave & Buster's. Pool tables 🎱, dart boards🎯, arcade games🎮🕹️🎲, and a full 🍻🍹🍸, good times🥳.

this place fell off so hard. the system they use for pool tables is so inefficient and costs so much more than it used to. also having only 1 bartender on a friday night is crazy, plus the drinks were bad and not cheap. also i know they were overworked but the ladies working the bar were not friendly or welcoming whatsoever. i ordered a pepsi and she poured it so terribly that the soda was flat and she made me wait in a 20 minute line to close out my tab when she was right in front of me. not coming back again.

Love the events they host here BUT their bouncers are super rude and physical. They physically took my wife outside after she drank a soda and outside 3 men continued to hold her by the wrists even AFTER she was outside of the building and was NOT trying to come back in or causing any problems. shortly after I got out there and caused a ruckus by telling them to let her go and they walked off. One bouncer was super understanding and calmed us down but the other 2 were angry and very physical, acting as if physically holding my wife by the wrists was a professional thing to do after she was already escorted out of the building. I love the events and environment but the bouncers ruin the environment and just fill it with anxiety with how easily theyll grab you and remove you for little things that most people dont think much about. I understand rules are rules, but their rules are not super obvious and they dont give you a chance to explain yourself for any misunderstandings. This was the 2nd experience I had. The 1st was they wouldnt let us back inside after a smoke break because a random guy weve never met was talking to us with a drink in his hand he had outside. The bouncers said no drinks outside, and wouldnt let us back in. They refused to let us explain that we didn't know the guy and on top of that they wouldnt let us go close our tabs at least. I had to get a new card and lock the old one. I wont be coming back here, I cant enjoy myself without the anxiety of a group of grown men will grab me or my wife and physically remove us for whatever reason they see fit.

if i could leave 0 stars, i would. came the night of 5/9/26 — bartenders are rude as hell. the concept of EVERYONE having to pay for pool when not everyone plays is rigged. bartenders watch everyone like a hawk, so why and how does everyone get charged?? literally the biggest scam from a pool hall, it makes zero sense. the bartenders need to get their attitude together, i wish i didn’t tip if i’m being quite honest. service was not nice. also why do drink prices change after 9:00pm?????? does the time change the price of the liquor somehow that we don’t know about? would never come again. (came from Michigan at that!! heard it was a fun place, it really was NOT)
