Kaylee Wilson , funeral director , made the process unbelievably comforting , I never had to plan a cremation and didn’t know what to expect . Kaylee is so genuine . She is perfect for her job , a difficult job that a lot of people aren’t suited for . Blount & Curry funeral home was beautiful inside . I felt complete trust that my husband was in the hands of them. . The kindness and sincerity of the whole staff helped me get through this difficult time . Thank you

I selected this funeral home based on its close proximity to my mother's Buddhist temple. The entire team was exceptional right from the beginning, and I am grateful for choosing their services. Glen Carellengo, the funeral director, was a tremendous source of support during a deeply stressful time. From our first conversation, he immediately put me at ease and helped me navigate the complexities of planning a Buddhist funeral, sharing valuable insights based on his previous experiences. I was extremely overwhelmed by the extensive list of tasks, but his professionalism and kindness made a significant difference. On the day of the service, he went above and beyond when one of our chosen caterers was closed, he personally picked up the lunch the day before and had everything perfectly ready for the funeral. His incredible attention to detail and unwavering support were invaluable, and I remain incredibly grateful for his assistance during a difficult period. I interacted with Carmen next. She was the first person to greet me at the funeral home, and her demeanor was welcoming and supportive. She consistently responded quickly to any questions, both in person and via email. When I was in a time crunch regarding logistical matters, she helped escalate the process to get my mother's death certificate on time by following up with several different people. The last person that I interacted with was Alexis, who provided post-funeral guidance and helped me explore options for pre-planning my own funeral. I'm so thankful for the wonderful team at Blount & Curry; their amazing help and compassion made this difficult time bearable.

Unfortunately I lost my beloved husband Carl E. Crouch. Besides being completely devastated, Blount & Curry Funeral Home on Hillsborough in Oldsmar, went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. People remarked what a beautiful service Blount and Curry provided. Despite being grieving and not knowing what to do, they handled everything to the last detail . I am grateful for their professionalism to my most vulnerable of situations. I recommend them highly.
