The office staff across the board were very personable. My questions were answered with care and knowledge. Dr. Delgado spoke kindly but with specific information regarding my dental care. I moved from Ohio and left a dentist I had known for a few years. This Florida staff put me at ease and I have made my six month appointment knowing I am in great hands. Definitely recommended.
My insurance changed and I needed to find a new dentist that took my new insurance so I had a referral to this office. I was very happy with the service! The Hygenist is gentle, knowledgeable and cares about you and helped educate me with better flossing and brushing! Dr Delgado was kind and caring and I am going back to have her take care of some minor work that needs done. I would 100% recommend this dentist and oh yes! the front desk was super friendly and checking out went smoothly. Great experience from start to finish.

My first appointment at Bonita Dental. A beautiful, friendly office. The hygienist and Dentist were wonderful. Not pushy to do multiple crowns - a let’s just sit on this minor crack because it is not causing any problems. I highly recommend this Dental Office
Prospective patients should exercise caution when considering this practice. While the dental work itself was satisfactory, my experience with the business and billing practices was concerning. When I was referred to Bonita Estero Dental Group for a crown replacement, I was initially provided with an estimated out-of-pocket cost of approximately $900 after insurance. However, by the end of treatment, my actual out-of-pocket expense was nearly double the quoted amount. I was also surprised by the office’s billing process. Unlike every other dental provider I have used, I was required to personally obtain and forward my Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the insurance company to the dental office in order to address billing matters. In my experience, this is typically handled directly between the provider and the insurer. To add perspective, I later received the same crown replacement service from another dentist, and my out-of-pocket expense was approximately half of what I was charged here. When I disputed or delayed payment due to the discrepancy between the quoted and final amount, the account was eventually sent to collections, which resulted in an additional cost of roughly $200. My recommendation to others is simple: obtain quotes from multiple dental providers before proceeding with treatment. Although the clinical work met expectations, I believe the billing and financial practices lack transparency and may prevent patients from fully understanding the true cost of services until after treatment has been completed.
