What a sloppy agency. They'll ask questions, I'll spend time clarifying, and they'll still do things their way. Had to spend hours on the phone with the IRS fixing direct deposit details after being assured they would submit the right information. Edit to add: Again, gaslighting in your response. The issue was raised and acknowledged before you submitted the tax return. Also, I can back up other people's reviews that say Monily was banned from Upwork. I decided to give them a second chance, but big mistake. Who knows how many people you're talking to at once...
I had a previous bookkeeper who advertised low prices but kept raising their fees and ended up making a mess of my books. Thankfully, I switched to Monily, and the experience has been completely different. Monily quickly cleaned up my books, was proactive, professional, and extremely communicative throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with their work and plan to stay with them long-term. Highly recommend!
