Sam is timely, knowledgeable and very helpful. We had a fairly complicated business structure that had several layers of complexities, and Sam took care of it all. He advised us on the best tax strategies and made sure to take care of us in a very timely manner. As a business owner, I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend his services to anyone, whether it be for a personal tax return (since he also did our personal taxes in addition to our business returns) or for a complex business structure with several layers. Take it from me, Sam's your guy.

Sam has great customer service and very deep understanding of the tax code. Our companies’ accounts were with another CPA and we were late in bringing our financials to him. He worked tirelessly to make sure everything was correct and that we file before the deadline even with the tight timeline he was given. I should add, our company has multiple moving parts and several K1s to be produced. He kept excellent professionalism throughout with a calm demeanor and helped us through the process.

I have worked with Sam since Jan 2015 and he opened an LLC for my small business and filed my personal taxes and business taxes for 2014. I told him that I do not know anything about taxes and I'm relying completely on him to remind me of all payments and keep me up to date on all other requirements. When he opened my LLC, he told me that I don't need to file taxes quarterly since I don't make a lot of money at this time. Long after that, I received a letter in the mail from the tax office to pay an estimated tax amount and a late penalty for missing the first quarter taxes! I immediately contacted Sam and told him about this and told me that I'm surprised why he didn't tell me anything about this in advance and that we agreed that he setup my account to files taxes yearly, NOT quarterly. He totally ignored my comments and concerns and told me to give him some numbers to find out the exact amount of tax and penalty I needed to pay. I then asked him to address my comments and he said that he'll address my "Chit Chat" later when he has time for it and after i pay the penalty and taxes for the first quarter. Long story short, I have contacted the tax office and discovered that he has setup my tax payments on a quarterly basis! I then asked the customer if she can change it to yearly basis, and she did it on the spot and I no longer needed to pay the penalty fee!!! I was totally shocked at how easy and quick this was as well as the fact that it did happen without submitting any paperwork or payments!! I was so relieved that this incident has taken place because it opened my eyes to the lies that Sam has told me and the fact that he does not care about his clients at all! I have also discovered that he over charged me to open an LLC after convincing me that he has hooked me up with a great deal. In conclusion, if you're thinking of having Sam take care of your business, take it from me and look elsewhere. Now if you're already working with Sam, shop around and you'll discover that he was sweet talking and over charging!
