Waited a week just to post this JUST IN CASE-& after a week of driving my black beautiful sunrise of a Durango-I STILL love it & am still satisfied with my purchase. Rene was our salesman & he is just precious. This man went wayyyyy out of his way & tried every avenue he could to help find my family & I a car that fit our credit bracket..which isn’t the highest (don’t judge..life happened lol) All I can say is over my years & times at dealerships-ever worked at one before-THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP! These people are so sweet & friendly! Were they maybe just trying to make a sale? Sure?! But I’m here for it & it felt sincere to me. Everyone will have good & bad things to say anywhere you go. I recommend them to anyone that compliments my “new to me”Durango. The process was pretty quick & thorough too. Rene even took time out of his night to text us to make sure we made it home safe & thanked us again for our purchase. Even recommended a good tint guy! If you have bad/low credit& want to be done right , this place will fight for you. PICK THIS DEALERSHIP :)
We’ve purchased two vehicles from Britain Chevrolet—a 2021 Tahoe and a 2026 Silverado—and both times we worked with René. Each experience has been excellent. René goes above and beyond to make things happen and truly works with you to get as close as possible to what you’re looking for. The service department has also been easy and smooth to work with whenever we’ve needed them. They replaced the engine in our 2021 Silverado when the recall came out, and it’s been months of smooth sailing since. We highly recommend Britain Chevrolet!
I had a great experience buying my new Corvette. Rene Ortega was great. In fact I think he was as excited about selling the car as I was about buying it. New car manager and also the finance manager are awesome as well. Price of the car and terms for the loan were definitely fair and competitive. I would definitely recommend Renée and all of the folks at Britain Chevrolet.
Jeremy Sweet was excellent. As a customer you can't ask for anything more. The older gentleman who gave me a ride to Enterprise was great also. It sucks I didn't catch his name or if I did I forgot but none the less he was great also
