Based on our interactions, I would recommend him as a highly effective warranty manager. Overall, I believe Pulte builds are outstanding and stand above other builders. I am very happy to have worked with specific individuals like Karen Stallin, Salesperson, and Chris Baucom. Their performance and delivery are incomparable and truly outstanding. Pulte built us a beautiful home and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend building with them and if you are lucky, you will get to work with Clint Brown and Susan Daily. They are outstanding in what they do and extremely knowledgeable.

I recently bought a home from Pulte Haslet Wellignton and I am completely satisfied. My construction manager Terry provided timely updates kept me informed of every stage and overall very satisfied. Customer service of Pulte is amazing. Lowes bought in a defective dryer and Austin (another construction manager) went out of his way to repair it so I would be able to do my washing. Thanks Pulte for my beautiful home 😂😁

I am in love with my Pulte home and thankful for everyone that has helped me along the way. Michelle in design that helped me put together a beautiful house. Daryl & Bruce who kept construction moving, answered all my exhausting question, and being on top of it all the time. Gabe who really sold the Pulte quality. Kelly (in the mortgage department) who took all our docs and was always available to answer all my questions about what I could and couldn’t do lol. And Mike Ho, our mortgage lender, who did a good job at communicating the process entirely. Every person along the way in this process made us feel welcomed, confident, and excited. I can’t recommend everyone enough. Special thanks to Bruce & Daryl.

I would give 1 star for the overall build quality. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The garden plumbing is extremely poor—pipes keep breaking repeatedly, which clearly shows low-quality materials and workmanship. The exterior finishing is incomplete and lacks attention to detail, and the driveway work is still unfinished. Inside the home, the issues continue. The kitchen sink mounting is poorly done, and the countertop quality is below expectations. The walls are not finished properly and do not meet basic standards. The bathroom countertops are also very cheap and feel substandard. Overall, the construction quality does not reflect what was promised. I expected much better durability and finishing for a new home. I would strongly recommend future buyers thoroughly inspect the property and clarify material quality before proceeding.
