Rudest guy ever at the front desk with an attitude. He was very disrespectful to us. Will not spend my money at this store. Stay away!
This store did have a good selection of furniture on display with reasonable prices. We were there looking for a new kitchen table & chairs. Saw a few we styles we liked but fortunately none were available in a color that would work for us.
We ordered 2 cabinets and the salesperson Sarah,was friendly and helpful. The order was delivered promptly and professionally by George and his partner. When one cabinet had a damaged door George was quick to try to fix then replace the door but it didn't match to our satisfaction. Mike at the store , without question gave us the option of the floor model or a new one. We had our cabinet the next day and were very please with our experience. We highly recommend Carolina direct and will be back there again!
