I manage an apartment complex in Bastrop, TX and have been working with All Floors since December 2023. They have consistently provided excellent service. Our carpets are left looking like new after each visit, and whenever I need them, they are quick to respond, often available as soon as the next day. In addition to carpet cleaning, they also offer ozone treatment and air duct cleaning, which has been a great added benefit for our property. They’ve even helped out with resident events, which really shows their commitment to going above and beyond. Their team is professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Rafael, the owner, has been especially great to partner with. He is responsive, takes the time to listen to any concerns, and is always upfront and honest about what can be done. More often than not, they are able to handle whatever we need. Their office staff is also quick and efficient, especially when it comes to handling invoices. I primarily work with them for billing requests, and everything is always straightforward. Their upfront pricing means I rarely have questions, but when I do, they are prompt and helpful in providing answers. I highly recommend All Floors to anyone looking for quality work and dependable service.

Don't waste your money. Carpet extremely wet for 2 days and once dry still looked dirty. Techs did not speak English and had to get interpreter on their phone, did not want to honor my Groupon. Cleaned 5 rooms in less than 30 minutes. I informed company of my dissatisfaction and they offered to come back and 'spot clean" the areas they missed. Nope, decided I didn't want wet carpets with spot cleaner and will pay another company to come reclean. Be careful when purchasing their service, they told me I only paid for basic cleaning, not deep cleaning or spot removal. They took advantage of me.
