Great Experience!! These rugs are top quality and there are many to choose from. From the moment we arrived, Alex, Helene and Yazmeen were extremely helpful with helping us to choose a rug to be placed in our music memorabilia room. After finding the rug we'd liked, Alex offered to custom cut the rug for the room. I said, "Oh wow! You can do that?" A wonderful idea to add a nice touch. After only a few weeks, our rug was delivered by Rashid and Ricardo who took the time and patience to set the rug underneath the piano. We are extremely please with the results. They did a great job with our 2 rugs. The rugs had been in storage for 4 years and needed a good cleaning and refresh. We are very happy with the quality of the service.
