Received quotes for duct cleaning from several companies. Was most impressed by the rep with Clean Air Pros. Aside from giving a comprehensive quote, Anastacio provided additional "good to know information" & offered a flexible service schedule. The customer service was excellent from all areas of the business. Whether I spoke with Russell, Zorin or the owner, Ben. On the day of service; the crew arrived early & completed the job in the amount of time estimated. I selected Clean Air because I believed they were reliable & had the expertise necessary to accomplish the job as required & show accountability if there was any discrepancy. I received follow up calls from Anastacio & Russell after the job was completed to ensure I was satisfied - attributes of a very dependable & customer centric company.

I highly recommend Clean Air Houston Pro. My AC system stopped working and they were able to get it repaired quickly and professionally. What impressed me the most was Anastacio's honesty and integrity. He told me I really needed to upgrade my system. I explained that I can't afford a new system right now. I told him I would have to buy window units instead. He took the time to diagnose the issue and found a way to work with my budget to get it fixed. He was knowledgeable and respectful and explained everything clearly. It's refreshing to find a company who genuinely cares about helping customers. My AC is up and running great! I will definitely use them from now on and will recommend them to family and friends.

Two separate work orders and I am happy with each one. First, they came out for a dryer vent cleaning on a line that goes from a first floor utility room up through a 2nd floor attic to the roof and hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long (we'd bought the townhome about a year or so earlier). Then, they came out a week later for a thorough HVAC duct cleaning. Both at what I felt was very reasonable pricing. Herman was friendly and helpful. Photos before and after were provided via text message. Our dryer that was purchased brand new when we bought the place functions much better and there is now a very noticeable improvement of the air quality within our home. I would definitely recommend for this type of job.

Phenomenal service! This company is doing it right. They’ve serviced our AC unit 3 years in a row and have been nothing but exceptional and informative during their visits. Their technician is extremely knowledgeable and was able to point out some issues with our blower that was causing mold to accumulate and spread through our system and was able to walk me through the process and get it resolved. Truly happy with the services that Clean Air Houston Pro provides! A+++
