I am a repeat customer and I am very happy with their quality of work and their pricing. We have had carpet and tile floor deep cleaned for our own house and our rental houses. For rental turnover cleaning, it is amazing the transformation of before and after the deep clean. The technicians take measurements and give a clear quote up front before any new work is done . They do not rush in their process to clean carpet and tile floor (especially dirty grout line), and applied carpet protectant or grout sealer afterwards. We know they truly care about the quality work because they will spend time on stained areas to try to get remove them as much as possible. One of our new tenants even thought the tile floor was brand new (cleaned and grout sealed). A shout out to Marc Anthony for doing a great job on several cleanings for us! We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Clean As a Whistle came highly recommended to us but we were very disappointed. Not sure how they did it, but the carpets were worse after they cleaned them. There were stains that appeared that were not there previously. They didn’t even go to the walls. There were parts of the carpet that still had sawdust from when we had done renovations before we called them out to clean the carpets. It might have just been the technician we got, but we were beyond disappointed with the service we received.
This company is outstanding. My wife and I are senior citizens and we were starting to think customer service no longer matters. The company “Clean As A Whistle” restored our confidence. At least our experience with them was stellar. Eric our service tech was extremely knowledgeable and professional and a personality to match. He was very efficient and addressed all our concerns. We highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs!
Eric did a fantastic job of cleaning my upholstery! I was also very impressed with how quickly the company was able to schedule me and get the job done. Before and after pics show how well done the job was!
I can’t speak to this company’s services because I haven’t used them. However, I was disappointed to see the owner’s public comments targeting LGBTQ+ people. As someone who values treating others with respect, that kind of behavior makes me think twice about who I choose to support. I hope the owner reflects on how their words affect others and chooses kindness in the future.
