Shaun was very personable, and answered any questions I had before the cleaning began. He was very professional and did the best he could with 24 year old carpets and a recliner that is 15 years old. They do not look brand new but WOW! the before and after are amazing!!! Thanks Oops!! Will definitely be using them again.

Polite and friendly young man thorough and efficient. I have 2 dogs and my carpet while old is well made and in good shape so that when he finishes it looks almost new! He also did my mothers carpet same day and the carpet looked miraculously better despite its issues, age and quality.
