We had an exceptional experience at this pediatric dental office. From the moment we walked in, the front staff was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The hygienist went above and beyond, she explained every step in a way that made my child feel safe and at ease, which I truly appreciated. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to discuss everything with me, making sure I understood the best plan for my child’s dental health. It’s rare to find an office that is this caring, patient, and professional. I’m so grateful we found them and highly recommend them to any family looking for top-tier care.

After a frightening first opinion from another provider — who recommended sedation and oral surgery for what they believed was a root canal on my 3-year-old's very first dental visit — I sought a second opinion here. From the moment we walked in, the experience was completely different. Karen, Sally, Melissa, and Lisa, spoke directly to my daughter, engaged her at her level, and made her feel safe , heard, and respected. They reviewed the X-rays I brought, weren't satisfied with the image quality, and asked to retake one for clarity. The result: no root canal needed — just cavities, treated with care and kindness. In the week since that initial tour, we've completed two of three treatment visits, and my daughter has zero fear of the dentist. Dr. Santiago is thorough, personable, and takes time after every appointment to walk me through exactly what was done and most importantly her experience and how she handled it. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Dr. Santiago is a top-notch pediatric dentist who strikes a good balance between cutting edge treatment options and the practicality that comes from long years of experience. He's not the type to sell you on treatment you don't need. His staff are professional and genuinely nice, their office is clean and beautiful and the rooms are fitted with unobtrusive high-tech gear. My 5yo was instantly comfortable with the doctor and everyone she met at the office. Maybe she'll be that rare kid who actually likes going to the dentist.

An amazing office, with amazing staff! We went to see Dr. Harris for a consultation and they also able to squeeze us in right after for a cleaning with Dr. Santiago. From the front desk ladies, to the dental/ortho assistants and providers, five stars all around. Highly recommend! I have to give a personal shout out to the lady at the front desk with blonde hair and glasses (forgot her name) she was so sweet and welcoming and on top of all the questions I had! :)

After my son experienced a traumatic accident on his e-scooter, we found ourselves in a very stressful situation at the hospital, urgently trying to locate an emergency dentist. It seemed nearly impossible—until we were connected with Dr. Santiago. Dr. Santiago and his assistant, Karen, went above and beyond. They met us at the office after hours and were ready to help immediately. In such an overwhelming moment, their compassion and professionalism made all the difference. I was incredibly worried, and I’ll never forget how Karen took a moment to check on me, making sure I was okay too. That level of care meant so much. They made my son feel safe and comfortable, and thanks to them (and a little laughing gas), it was the first time I saw him try to smile and act like himself again that afternoon. Although we live all the way in Fort Myers, I will absolutely be bringing all three of my children to them from now on. I am beyond grateful for the care we received.
