First time going there and my babies had so much fun. I do recommemd you taking swim suit for your babis and extra clothes. Get ready to get wet. My babies had a blast in the water in the back of the indoor place. Go early to enjoy every little space of kidspace. Parking is close by amd not far from the entrance. There is also a playground before kisdpace main entry location.
I am kind of of the opinion that my 11&9yo have outgrown kidspace but when we were invited to join family for free on a beautiful day we jumped at the chance! As it turns out, there was still lots to do for my big kids--they even took a turn on the tiny trikes. Right now, kidspace is doing a camp theme and added cool "travel" features to both trike areas and had roving musicians and a sing along with a magical bonfire. They had tiedye, the river (bring swim stuff!), the physics area, lots of climbing. It was a big hit! We spent the whole day and also enjoyed food from the cafe. The gift shop is well appointed.
We had such a great time at Kidspace Children’s Museum! It’s a wonderful place for kids to explore, play, and learn at the same time. There were so many fun and interactive activities, and everything felt safe, clean, and well organized. The outdoor areas were especially enjoyable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming for families. Our child had an amazing experience and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to other families!
We spent 2 hours here, but could have spent so much more time if we didn't have a deadline. We went on the free day (first Friday of the month), but with that free ticket you only get 2 to 3 hours in the afternoon before the place closes, so it's a great taster to make you want to come again! Our kids ages 2 to 7 all had a great time! There was so much to do, from walking through the river and doing water play, to sand play in the pretend lake, to crafts (that we didn't have time for), to climbing equipment, and building/engineering/physics activities. Plenty of things to do both indoor and outdoor. The physics section is great for older kids too, even middle school (but the rest of the museum is definitely geared to elementary).
my review keeps not going through! um wonderful beautiful staff you cannot pay for! such a family oriented safe and secure environment. I saw children of all ages having fun exploring exactly as described! and when I lost my bag they returned it to me with everything in it—I was so thankful to God! they were absolutely kind! & I am excited to go back again!
