She explained the current condition of the housing market to me an kept me updated the whole process. I reached out to her about a quote for my house. I moved from Ohio to South Carolina which is a big big move and definitely not an easy process. My realtor was Derek Banks and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, professional, but also personable. Even when I eventually decided to move to the Columbia area, he still got me in connection with a different realtor down there (meaning he would lose money) and he continued to check in with me to make sure everything was going ok. No selfish agendas, just trying to make sure me, my girlfriend and our 3 daughters were taken care of. Shows a lot about his character. I could not have asked for a better person to help me through this process. I would highly, highly recommend him!
