Kyle and Jordan arrived earlier than I expected which was a good thing. I have a couple of negative issues I need to express. When Kyle and Jordan arrived I expected they were gonna move the furniture in the living room and dining room. Jordan did help me move some stuff that needed to be moved. Before they started cleaning the floor I moved some light furniture to clear the sunroom. In the living room all I have is two reclining chairs, a glass tabletop, and two lamp tables which Jordan helped me move. Kyle who was the one cleaning the floor forgot to clean three areas. I am not too happy with the cleaning services. I also asked if Stanley had a military discount and he stated that Stanley does not give Military discounts to veterans. I will not be using Stanley again.
The communication was great and workers were very nice and the tile cleaned up nicely. The carpet in all 3 rooms is unacceptable. I almost can’t tell any difference between before and after. I hope Stanley Steamer makes an effort to do better. Few days later Stanley Steemer reached out and is coming to do another cleaning on Monday I will let you know how it turned out Prompt communication for this problem
We had our tile cleaned and stone grout stained also. How fabulous. It wasn’t cheap, $1800, for all but Jim worked all day Tuesday and all day Friday until 7pm. WOW! Our tile looks brand new like it did in 2006. I highly recommend.
Very nice techs. My couch and cushions are dirty. If I would have known I would have removed the cushions and covered the couch with a sheet. They forgot to put sponge back in one of the vents. I have multiple vents, so no clue where it goes.
I will use Stanley Steemer again. Giovanni was super knowledgeable about the process and the information about cleaning and what may or may not be removed. The sofa and rug look great. Both Roberto and Giovanni were respectful and gentlemen. The job was done well and fast!!! ..Will have them back to clean the LVT floor cleaning soon! Blessings and give these two men a raise!
