We had such a good experience with everyone at Coombe Residential. Elizabeth was outstanding and the process was greatly helped by her diligent and thoughtful way of working. The communication was very strong and we always felt prioritised and very well looked after. House buying and selling can be so stressful, but the actions of Coombe Residential ensured that at every stage of the process we felt calm and reassured that everything possible was being done for the transaction. Coombe Residential went above and beyond to sell our home. There were issues delaying the sale but Elizabeth and Hani could not have done more to make the sale finally happen. Hani kindly got a contractor to fix some issues in the house he also helped find someone to empty and dispose of things we didn't need. Hani was generous enough not to charge us for those services, for which we are truly grateful Dealing with Elizabeth and Hani felt more like a friendship than a business relationship. I was always made to feel welcomed and at ease when I visited their office I can full heartedly recommend Coombe residential family to anyone who wants to sell their house. Thank you Elizabeth and Hani for taking part in this journey , we are very grateful for all your hard work and kindness.

Having interviewed a number of Local and National Estate Agents and even having given in to the marketing of one of the Big National Agents to market my property previously, a complete waste of a season! It soon became clear that it’s not about how many ‘buyers’ are being dragged through your home ! And I mean that quite literally! But it’s about the bespoke service that Coombe Residential offered me! Right from the start Elizabeth made sure only qualified, seriously interested buyers were shown my house! Always accompanied by Elizabeth or on occasion by Hani himself never some office junior! As was the case with my previous agent. Furthermore Elizabeth made sure she knew everything there is to know about my house and the surrounding area before matching the Buyer with my home! She even took the time and trouble to personally show one very discerning buyer the local shortcut to the school of their choice. That is the dedication that you can expect from Coombe Residential and Elizabeth in particular! Needless to say my home selling story ended in a great result for all concerned and I have gone on to recommend Coombe Residential to many of my friends and old neighbours! A number have taken up the recommendation! At east one of my old neighbours friends, have already achieved their happy ending! And under Elizabeth care I am confident the others will to !! Needless to say I am more than happy to give Coombe Residential a thorough 5+ Star recommendation anytime!!

After considering several estate agents, I chose Coombe Residential due to their outstanding local reputation - and they did not disappoint.
