We were moving from North Carolina, and our agent up here personally recommended Lisa, as she was not licensed in NC. May I say she knew what she was talking about! After talking with Lisa and her showing us the first set of houses we wanted to see, we knew she was the agent we wanted to deal with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help us in any way. After the second round of houses we looked at, I even told her we would not buy a house in SC from anyone but her. We ran into a problem with our original lending company, and Lisa was quick to find us another (and better, I may add) lending company. Together, they worked hard to help us meet our original closing date. We love our new home, and we highly recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking for an agent.
Just closed our home in Simpsonville with Ashley Haase as our Realtor. Ashley's name was given to us from another couple who highly recommended her. Told us Ashley was professional and would "go to bat for you" if issues arose. From the first meeting with Ashley we were impressed with her confidence and knowledge about the selling process and we felt very comfortable with her. Our process from beginning to closing came with some hiccups. Ashley worked in our behalf to smooth out problems and make us feel fully represented. We would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a professional realtor.
Shelby Lear makes you feel like you are working with one of your family members. She cares about your experience and makes the home search feel meaningful instead of stressful. She went above and beyond to virtually show a few houses due to living an hour and a half away. She responds quickly and thoroughly answers questions. I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking to start their home search in the SC upstate!

I love the app they use for showings and the paperwork process was easy and all digital, fitting into our busy schedules.
