10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Xuyen Phan, MD. I booked an appointment for 12/31 as I was experiencing jaw pain, with two large masses behind my ear that sent an electrifying shocks to the right side of my brain. Advised MD shock went from occurring 2-3 hrs to every 5-15 seconds. The doctor not only seemed as though she could care less, but she told me there was nothing she could do because it was almost New Year's despite my pain being a 12 out of 10 she told me to check back next week. She advised the lumps on top of my jawline seem to be swollen lymph nodes, but that she had "no idea" why I would be having electrifying shocks or jawline pain (super unconcerned). It was only until I asked "can we at least try to put in a request for imaging so that I would be in line as opposed to waiting until next week to call and schedule" that she attempted to assist with imaging. 6 hours later I end up in the er where the Dr was able to IMMEDIATELY advise of 2 urgent diagnosis after hearing symptoms, checking ears and tongue and 'BEFORE' any imaging. He advise the diagnosis requires urgent attention within the first 72 hours this was day 3. After further research as well, speaking with the doctor, I can't help but to be upset with Dr.Phan more so because there were "simple" guidelines she could've (if not should've) followed after hearing my symptoms. She didn't even advise if the problems persist to seek emergency attention - just "follow up next week" as if it were promised to me. The diagnosis could've been life altering, but because she was ready to clock out or mentally clocked out I received a disservice. I will be posting my experience on all review platforms. I pray no one experience this level of service.
Do not recommend. Dr. Andrew never answered my question about sending my prescription to another pharmacy when I was sick with a bad cough. Doctors are terrible and ignore you and there are charges for "no shows" when they don't have anything about cancellation fees in their policy. Terrible service.
Impressed by the way I received the service and care… it was the best! Staff, Nurse and Doctor… kudos to all you!
Professional and friendly staff. Clean facility and the wait time was as minimal as possible. What else could one ask for?
Facility is very clean . Staff have great customer service and personable . Seen Dr. Roseline Onwuchuruba and she was very attentive and patient. Understood my needs although I only went for a physical she made sure I was scheduled for and specialty doctor I was referred for. Convenient location.
