Dr. Le is the best doctor I've ever had. Her staff is very quick and efficient. Very understanding and is the only doctor I've had that hasn't discriminated my mental illness or physical size. Wonderful conversationalist and keeps patients calm. I've seen her for less than a year and shes always my first choice! Only complaint is wait time but I understand that it is a very small clinic and staff does their best to accommodate hours and walk ins.

I've been going to see Dr. Le for years. She is great. However, during my most recent visit this year, I have been disappointed with communication. I am still waiting for results on some lab work and each time I call I get placed on hold for long periods of time. Then the results are read to me by assistants, I believe, but they cannot answer the questions I have regarding my results. These are important to me and I need to be able to discuss my concerns with medical personnel that can help guide me. My health is very important to me as I am sure it is to many others. I wish I could have my results gone over by Dr. Le instead. I keep having to call and wait for a call back just to get my questions answered. I appreciate the hard work they do, but perhaps there is something that can be done about improvement in communications, including providing patients with discharge instructions. I am considering finding a different practice which is unfortunate for me since I've been going to Dr. Le for a long time. I hope to see a turnaround soon.

Rarely does Dr. Li take appointments. So you're in for a minimum 3 hours wait. Dr li does not listen to her patients. I went to see her just get my blood pressure refilled. Even though i have insurance she charged me 130 Doctors vist. Ad well she wanted to order different lab tests i could not afford and told her so. Her response was if you don't do these tests you have go find a other doctor. I had no choice to bow down to the queen because she thinks she knows everything. Because i really needed my blood pressure pills. I will never go bavk.I have asked her staff repeatedly to send my lab results.But since i posted my review they act like i am a nuisance even though i was very honest in my review and not trying to hurt any business. But now in retaliation the good. Now they refuse to send my lab report which would be helpful to take to my new doctor..make your own choices about a doctor mine is absolutely refusing to go back to this doctor or her staff .

Office don't accept Medicaid supplement to Medicare in 2021 but staff won't tell you until after the fact when you receive bills that Medicaid normally pays for after your office visit(s). Perhaps they aren't privy to the info or didn't think it was important to disclose? To be fair, great doctor with functional staff who try to do a good job.

I called and spoke to Estephania. She was rude and did not care about my well being. I needed to get a covid test done and after confirming with my insurance that it is 100% covered for in network she still insisted it would be $100. I asked her to contact my insurance she said she would but would not do it today since insurance companies have long wait times and their doctor's office closed in 30 mins. She had a horrible attitude. I will never go back to this little shack of a doctors office. Beware if they dont wanna give a few minutes of their time so you can see a doctor in regard to covid. They don't care!!!!
