Dr. Rascoe is wonderful! He is absolutely one of the very best in his field. He did my lung surgery and has continued to follow my care. He has a laid back easy going bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable with him. It also makes you feel that he has all the time in the world to answer questions. He’s very patient and down to earth.
