Dr. Jandali is an awesome doctor. She is professional and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed during my visits. She is always attentive and patient. She is detailed and honest when answering my questions. I trust her with my healthcare. I am pleased with the service I receive from Dr.Jandali.

I see Doctor Courtney McCray, who is my Rheumatologist. She is with UT Physicians and is outstanding. I would recommend her to anyone. She has been an awesome doctor and always sits and talks with me and gives me the information about what's going on instead of just saying, see you later bye. If you're looking for a rheumatologist, she is the one I would definitely recommend.

If you have a high ANA titer but no specific antibodies that point to a “recognized” autoimmune diagnosis, I want to share my recent experience to hopefully save someone else the frustration. I went to UT Physicians at the Medical Center in Houston and unfortunately it was not helpful at all. Because I don’t show the specific antibodies that fit into a clear diagnostic box, they basically dismissed my concerns. I left feeling completely gaslighted. I paid $350 out of pocket (they did not take my insurance) and wasted my time there, only to walk away without answers, support, or a plan. It was incredibly discouraging. If you’re dealing with complex symptoms, high ANA, environmental illness, or electro-sensitivity, you may want to carefully consider whether this type of conventional setting will be equipped to support you. Sharing in case it helps someone avoid the same experience.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tan. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and at ease. Dr. Tan takes the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and ensure that I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The level of professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for patients’ well-being is unmatched. I left feeling not only cared for but also grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and kind doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Tan to anyone seeking exceptional care

My advice is to look elsewhere, it's hard enough having to fight autoimmune disease on a minute by minute basis. Adding a dismissive, confrontational and cold mannered doctor to the equation will only make your battle that much harder. I lost nearly a year of treatment time fighting a battle I shouldn't have had to fight in the first place. Unfortunately, Dr. McCray focuses more on pushing patients out the door on time and being a gatekeeper than the patients symptoms and medical history.
