I took my French Bulldog Chloe to Ann last Saturday, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Ann is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and you can immediately tell that she has years of experience and genuinely loves what she does. This was only Chloe’s second grooming appointment ever, and she had an absolute blast. Ann made her feel comfortable and relaxed from the start, and Chloe genuinely enjoyed the entire process. Chloe received a full grooming treatment, including a de-shedding treatment (express shed), bath with a hypoallergenic shampoo, nail trim, ear cleaning, and thorough cleaning of all her facial folds. She came home looking and feeling fantastic. What impressed me even more was that Ann’s expertise goes far beyond typical grooming. At the end of the appointment, she pointed out a few things I should keep an eye on and potentially discuss with my veterinarian. That level of care, attention to detail, and knowledge is rare to find. I highly recommend Ann to anyone looking for a groomer who not only does an exceptional job but also truly cares about the health, comfort, and well-being of your pet.

We had a wonderful experience with Anna! She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring with our Pomeranian. From the very beginning, she made both us and our pet feel comfortable and welcome. Anna did an amazing job with his grooming. She paid great attention to every detail, and our dog looked absolutely beautiful afterward. We also really appreciated all the helpful advice she gave us about brushing, coat care, and maintaining his beautiful fur at home. It’s clear that Anna truly loves dogs and treats every pet with genuine care and professionalism. We’re so happy we found her and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We had our puppy's first full grooming appointment with Ann, and it was such a wonderful experience! Our 6-month-old Mini Poodle looks absolutely adorable, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Anna is incredibly kind, patient, and truly talented. She took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us so many helpful tips on grooming and caring for our puppy's coat. It's clear that she genuinely loves what she does. We feel so lucky to have found her and will definitely be coming back. Anna has earned lifelong clients—highly recommended!
