Michelle delivered the best grooming experience my dog Ellie has ever had. From the moment we arrived, she set a high standard. She spent around thirty minutes walking me through her entire process before she even started. She explained each step in detail, what she planned to do, why she would do it, and how it would benefit Ellie’s coat and skin. That level of transparency and patience showed real professionalism and care. Michelle used high-end grooming products and took time to explain why each one mattered. She discussed coat health, skin sensitivity, brushing technique, and maintenance between appointments. Instead of rushing through the appointment, she treated the session like a consultation and a grooming service combined. That attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence leaving Ellie in her hands. The grooming itself was excellent. Ellie came out looking better than she ever has after a grooming appointment. Her coat looked clean, soft, and evenly trimmed. The brushing and deshedding work were noticeably better than what we have experienced with previous groomers. Michelle clearly takes pride in her work and focuses on quality over speed. What impressed me most was the care she showed toward Ellie. She handled her calmly and respectfully and paid attention to how Ellie reacted throughout the process. It was clear she values the comfort of the dog just as much as the final result. If you want a groomer who takes time to educate you, uses premium products, and delivers top-tier results, Michelle is the one to go to. Ellie has been groomed many times, and this was easily the best experience and the best outcome we have had. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who wants their dog treated with skill, patience, and real attention to detail.

We have two Pomeranians and have been going to Michelle for long time.Michelle is a complete pro! She uses quality products on our dog, they get their teeth brushed nails trimmed & exceptional hair cuts every time. She sends us pictures of the dogs when she’s done and the dogs get a few treats and hang out tell we arrive.We highly recommend Michelle for all grooming needs. Michelle treats us & our dogs like family.

We began going to Michelle for groomings in 2025 while seeking a new pet groomer. Couldn't be happier and our dog is always in good spirits when we pick her up. That is a complete 180-degree turn from our prior groomer. Michelle strives to offer a white glove-styled service, which we appreciate. Highly recommend.

We’ve been seeing Michelle for about two years now and are so glad we found her. My dog can be pretty anxious, but she’s always calm with Michelle, which says a lot. She does a great job every time, and it’s such a relief knowing my dog is comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pet Perfect Salon and Michelle. Her private, home-based salon creates such a calm and peaceful environment — which is especially important for my two senior dogs, Hope and Skylar. Michelle treated both of them with incredible patience, gentleness, and genuine love. Skylar has hip dysplasia, and Michelle was so careful and attentive with her. She did an amazing job de-shedding Skylar while still being mindful of her comfort and mobility. That meant so much to me. Both girls came home looking absolutely beautiful. And for Christmas, Michelle even put the sweetest “Christmas Cookie” perfume on them — such a thoughtful, festive touch! They smelled amazing and looked perfect. It’s such a comfort knowing my senior dogs are getting one-on-one attention in a quiet, stress-free setting with someone who truly cares. If you’re looking for personalized grooming and someone you can fully trust with your fur babies, Michelle is simply wonderful. We are so grateful to have found her. 🐾✨
