This store is always clean, and the staff are super friendly, helpful, and kind. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable every time you visit. They also offer a wide variety of products and great discounts.
As far as in person pet stores go - I only shop here for my 4 cats and white German Shepherd. Mainly bc their prices are the best with sales and rewards coupons, but also bc the employees are always super duper friendly. I cant say that for other pet stores.. I also consistently use their dog baths, although they have raised the price on using them, it still makes it the easiest and cheapest way to wash and dry my big girl in winter! I also should add that they have a fantastic selection of products - I can only find my dog’s food here and its on sale about every 3 months. I just love Pet Supplies Plus and every location is the same, great!!
Great place to bring my large husky for self service bath, staff is always friendly. Towels and soap provided in $15 bath, and large dryers are great. Weekends and after work hours are busy, theres sometimes a wait. Come at least an hour before closing bc they shut down the baths for cleaning!
I just want to share how incredibly caring the manager and assistant manager are at this pet supply store. You can truly feel how much they love the animals and how seriously they take the responsibility of making sure their adoptive babies go to safe, loving homes. Even while I made things a bit complicated, they were patient and kind with me the entire time. Christina, you are amazing at what you do! Your dedication and heart absolutely show, and those animals are so lucky to have you looking out for them.
Every time I come in, Adriana is so nice and always smiling. Shane also helped me today and was so friendly, informative, and quick to assist. I came back to return an item the same day and met Robert. He is so polite, cheerful, and friendly also ! All employees are kind and ask if I’m finding everything ok. :)
