I came into this puppy store with very low expectations because of experiences I’ve had at other puppy stores, but this place completely changed my perspective! The store was by far the cleanest puppy store I’ve ever visited. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and smelled fresh. The puppies were clean, healthy-looking, and smelled great, which is something you don’t always find at pet stores. What impressed me the most was the customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about both the puppies and the customers. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
