From the moment I reached out, this company was professional, quick to respond, and friendly. This was the third company I was in communications with and I was feeling cautious. But Matt, my technician, was efficient and knowledgeable and came up with a solution to a problem I thought was big, but really was easily fixable. We ended up saving so much money! His estimate was thorough and the process was easy. Now the work is done and I have such peace of mind. Thank you!!

First, I was impressed with the bio and picture that Dr. Electric sent out prior to Matt’s arrival. I noted that he is a Master Electrician. That can be a difficult license to obtain! I had several items that needed addressed. Matt handled all of them efficiently and expertly. He cleaned up after himself, he was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The bill even came in less than the estimate. When issues may arise in the future, I’ll be calling on Matt!

Matt came out when our pool pump and light stopped working. He sent a text when he was on his way and showed up on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He did a lot of trouble shooting and fixed our issue. We will definitely use Doctor Electric again.

This was my first time using Doctor Electric and I highly recommend them. Setting up the appointment was easy and efficient. Matt, the electrician, was prompt, thorough, and communicated the issues clearly. Great experience!
