I bought a used, salvage title Model Y from Electrics Auto back in September 2025 with 142k miles on the odometer and we're still using it as our daily driver having put in 10k miles on it since then. The battery health is great giving us an estimated 219 mile range charged at 80%. This was our first Tesla purchase and it has been a great vehicle to use every day. I have to say, Mat stands by his 30 day warranty and does an exceptional job servicing the vehicles, going above and beyond. We've used our car for camping and even used camping mode sleeping in the Tesla! My recommendation when buying a salvage title car is to use EVERYTHING during those 30 days. Pre-heat your vehicle in the morning, remote start, press all the buttons, flash all the lights, just be thorough with trying it all out while driving daily. If anything comes up, bring it up to Mat. He stands by his work!!! And he's also really good at communication. All this to say, if we're in the market to buy another Tesla in the future, we won't hesitate to check with Electrics Auto first.

Great people! Got my car fixed in no time with a very affordable price! Ended up paying around $7000 in damages instead of paying around $10,000+ in damages for my car. Excellent work!

I’ve had my Tesla serviced here multiple times (four times now), and every experience has been exceptional. Unlike Tesla, where technicians are often incompetent and try to upsell unnecessary diagnostics and repairs, Electrics Auto cuts straight to the core issue. No unnecessary diagnostics, no runaround, and no outrageous charges—just straightforward, honest, and skilled work. Tesla tried to charge me thousands of dollars to replace a charge port they messed up after pulling the manual release cable. On top of that, they added bogus diagnostic fees for issues they didn’t even properly investigate. It’s been a complete disaster dealing with Tesla. Meanwhile, Electrics Auto looked at the real issue, and fixed it without any of nonsense of the Tesla Service center would do. The technicians here know Teslas better than Tesla’s own people, and their prices are unbeatable. If you want honest, reliable service without being taken advantage of, this is the only place to trust for Tesla repairs. Highly underrated and absolutely worth the trip. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else, not even Tesla themselves. Huge thanks to the team here for always delivering and saving me from Tesla’s incompetence. The owner Matt is a Tesla wizard!

Long story short, we were in accident and our insurance company totaled out our Tesla Model 3. We begged them to repair it, but they refused and scrapped it. We were heartbroken. Six weeks later, the car "came alive" after Electric Auto purchased it as a Salvage vehicle and started making repairs. We immediately reached out to Matvey and let him know how much we wanted our car back. He was very kind, and quoted us an extremely reasonable price, and finished up all repairs in the timeframe he promised. Electric Auto cleaned up the car better than new and helped us with the title paperwork, which was not easy because we are from Ohio. Then, we had the car inspected at a Tesla Service Center from top to bottom, and there were no issues with the high voltage system or airbags. Incredible! We can't say enough positive things about Matvey and his Team at Electric Auto. We have every intention to purchase another Tesla from Electric Auto.

I purchased a Telsa from Electric's Auto earlier in the year. The car has been fantastic, I feel like this is a great place to have your electric car worked on or even buy a used car. Highly recommend.
