We had a fantastic experience with Matt and Victoria throughout our move-in process. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, from the paperwork to answering all our questions promptly and clearly. Moving house can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth, organised, and much easier for us. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted properly. Matt Dharshi is very professional throughout my experience. He took the time to understand my preferences and needs before carefully selecting several suitable properties for me to view. He arranged all the viewings on the same day with excellent timing, which meant I didn’t have to waste time waiting and could move smoothly from one property to the next. Although the properties I viewed were not quite right for me, I was very impressed with Matt’s professionalism and approach. I would definitely return to him in the future when I’m ready to continue my search.

We recently bought our first home through Ellisons, and received a fantastic service from Mariam. From our first viewing all the way through to completion Mariam kept us informed of every step, and what was happening with all the parties involved. She was completely patient and answered all of our emails and FTB questions immediately, and most importantly kept on top of the solicitors to keep everything moving along at pace.
