I couldn’t be happier with the work Imperial Wood did in my home! Ricardo and his team installed hardwood floors, specifically white oak, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, punctual, and paid attention to every detail. The floors came out beautiful — even better than I imagined. I highly recommend Ricardo and his crew to anyone looking for quality flooring and great service!
Absolutely great work. Didn’t know my floors could look so good. They also did great with keeping dust out of the rest of the house. Almost no cleaning was needed. Highly recommend.
Perfectly executed from the consultation, quote and the finished product. Couldn't be happier with Ricardo and his team. Love our new spiral staircase!!
Have to come back and give a second review. After moving in I noticed that the furniture movers scuffed up the beautiful floors that Ricardo’s team had just restored and I immediately called him and asked what could be done! He said it’s no big deal, just a light sand/scuff and a fresh coat of varnish/sealer and I’ll be set. He said as long as the scratches don’t catch on your nail you’ll be fine. He sent the same crew out to my house today. They inspected the floor, showed me two areas where it won’t be smooth bc the scratches were too deep but that the sheen will help hide and the rest light ones would come out. Fortunately those deep ones are close to the wall so I’ll know they’re there, but it’s not visible at all. They vacuumed and cleaned the floors, THEN scuffed the floors (big detail for me bc that makes sure they have a clean start and prevents catching anything and scratching the floors with something deep), they cleaned the floors AGAIN, taped out where the varnish would end and they laced it! They poured in small sections making sure there were no clumps and smoothed it all out. They were in and out under 40 mins. It already started to dry and it looks like nothing ever happened. 🎉🎊😅 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Totally recommend this company. They gave my engineered wood floor new life for a fraction of the cost to replace my floor! I had some spots where a rolling desk chair removed the existing manufacturer finish and some spots a different color. They touched up the spots with stain and added a top coat. I wish I would have taken before and after photos. Their customer service is top notch! Here’s a pic of the finished floor.
