Even though he had to wait 8 hours for code enforcement to arrive, he remained patient and professional. Thank you Ramses. We heard some vibrating in the roof and had customer service send Ramses out to help. He found a few clamps that were loose and tightened them. He was very polite and pleasant. Thank you Ramses.
