I’m honestly very disappointed with this experience. There were an excessive number of flies inside the shop, which made the environment extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about hygiene. As for the food, everything we received was overly fried to the point of being almost black. The chicken was dry, hard, and tasted like it had been overcooked or refried, completely lacking the quality you would expect. We came with reasonable expectations, but both the cleanliness and food quality fell far below standard. I hope the management takes this seriously and makes improvements, as this was not an acceptable dining experience.

I feel ridiculous complaining about food, but this is extremely poor. We struggle to continue to support local when this is the quality we get. Tonight my partner and I ordered takeaway. The timing was great! It was ready within 10 minutes, so we went and picked it up. We have just gotten home and I have taken the lid off my Caesar salad and I was extremely disappointed. The bowl was a quarter full to begin with, then soon realising there’s no egg, following on taking a mouthful. There’s no Caesar dressing. Extremely disappointing as this is normally one of my fave takeaway options but we will be very hesitant to revisit, nor recommend to anyone. I tried calling straight away to get a replacement or at least a bit more of the $18 salad, but no answer multiple times. My partner even tried 3 times aswell. No answer. Very sad and disapointed to the max.

I recently had an absolutely brilliant experience at Grill'd, and honestly, it really cemented why it's one of my go-to spots for a fantastic burger. What truly made this visit special, though, was the incredible service I received from one of their team members, Fynn Murphy. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing, and the promise of a fresh, healthy burger was already appealing. Fynn really stood out with their exceptional customer service. They were so welcoming and genuinely attentive, making sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. I had a couple of questions about the menu, and Fynn was super knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that perfectly matched what I was in the mood for. Their positive energy was infectious, and it really felt like they genuinely cared about making my dining experience as enjoyable as possible. It's rare to encounter such a thoughtful and engaging level of service. The food, as always, was top-notch – my burger was cooked perfectly, and the chips were just right. But honestly, Fynn's outstanding contribution took the whole meal from great to truly memorable. It's those little interactions that make a big difference, and Fynn absolutely nailed it. If you're heading to Grill'd, I highly recommend it, and if you happen to be served by Fynn Murphy, you're in for an even better time!

Reply to your response: The link was useless no one get back to me so don’t copy this link misleading customers The photos showed clearly how bad your food was why you ask me again what happened to your Bendigo Grilld looks like you don’t care about any customer I have submitted my case to ACCC and consumer affairs and Bendigo council Original review: The Biggest waste of money in 2026 The Dirtiest restaurants in Australia The Driest Chicken Tander in the world But this Grilled Bendigo has thousands of Flies inside even more than the Garden cross the road I can’t believe I stepped into a so called “healthy burger” shop with the floor full of visibly dirty with grease and food debris, leftover everywhere, I guess last time they clean the floor was in 1897. Should we remind this to Bendigo council to do a quick health inspection? Why spent millions dollars advertising you are so called “healthy burger” but your hard like belt sharp like knife Chicken Tander give me stomach ache Why offered kids drawings kids meal acting like kids friendly restaurant but burning beef mince for a kid? When I raised the issue directly with the staff and kitchen I was told nothing could be done as I have eaten part of it and they did not care my complaint. So now I have to make formal complaint to Bendigo council and food department for this poor hygiene store and let more visitors know that Bendigo is a beautiful place but avoid this Grilld Bendigo for a healthy trip

The new chicken tenders and pickled mayo are super yum! Walked 20 minutes just to try them! Also pairs with the new electric dreams drink, this is a great combo and both full of flavour. Highly recommend trying plus you get great table service :)
