Working with Tropical Fence was a great experience. First, they came out quickly to do our estimate. We got the estimate just days later. They discussed questions I had about the price and contract. Their price was much lower than other estimates we received. They scheduled us fairly quickly, despite the fact that it was the new year! We were very happy with the timeline. The installation was quick. The gates were completed earlier than they had anticipated. We got them the second day of installation. After about 6 weeks of natural warping and settling, we contacted them. They promptly came out a replaced all of the split pickets. They also repaired one error that had been made during the install. One post didn't have cement and was twisting. We are very happy with our fence!

Tropical Fence did an outstanding job. The estimate was quick, reasonable, and the job was started when we were told it would be. When they finished for the day on Friday (before a holiday weekend), we thought for sure it would remain not-quite-finished until the following Tuesday but they came out on Saturday to finish it off even though their office was closed. Upon installing the final gate, we inquired if we could have them make some last minute changes as to their operation and, without hesitation, they took more time to complete the job as we asked. We feel they went above and beyond and we could not be happier.

Very easy to work with and met expectations! Would use them again. Update 2020: I have to say there is a reason I went back to them for another project. Again, they did a Wonderful Job and I am very happy. This time a vinyl fence and definitely met our expectations! Thank you to all the team at Tropical (Donna, Debra, Rick, Elias, Robert) really appreciate your professionalism and courtesy.

Called this company based on a recommendation from someone else who had a good experience with them. We were able to get an estimator out within a week and they walked around our property, took measurements, etc. We were told that we would hear back from them within a week, but did not hear back by the given date. I called back days after the initial estimate date and I was told by the lady answering the phone that our estimator will get back to us within a day. It has been over a month since we had someone come out and we still have not heard back. It is safe to say that Tropical Fence basically ghosted us in the most unprofessional way. If they did not want to take our job, they have the rights to decline, but they should have notified us or provided some form of communication. We were able to call another local fence company who was able to come out, estimate, get permits, and install in less than two weeks from initial contact for what seemed like a good price. Don't waste your time withTropical fence and their unprofessionalism. Seems like working with them is hit or miss.

We had some initial concerns about Tropical Fence based on previously posted reviews, but they were one of few companies willing to service our area. Our experience was very positive. We found the office staff to be pleasant and responsive. There were some delays with the installation which required prompting ie phone reminders, but the installers were quick, friendly and professional, and they were very receptive to our input. The fence looks great and was just what we had wanted. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and quality provided by Tropical Fence.
