I don’t normally leave reviews, but Olga********** at Floor & Decor absolutely deserves one. My family and I made multiple trips while working on our home project, and every single time Olga went above and beyond to help us. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we found exactly what we needed. Home improvement projects can be stressful, but Olga made the entire experience so much easier. She answered all of our questions, offered helpful advice, and treated us like valued customers from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides this level of customer service. Floor & Decor is lucky to have an employee like Olga. She is a true superstar, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. If you visit this store, I highly recommend asking for Olga—you’ll be in great hands!
Floor & Decor has an incredible selection—rows and rows of tile with new products coming in regularly. Whether you’re looking for glass, ceramic, mosaics, or large-format pieces, there’s no shortage of options to fit any style or project. What really stands out is that it’s truly a one-stop shop. Everything you need is there—from grout and thinset to Schluter strips and concrete board. No running around to multiple stores. Customer service was just as impressive. We ran into an issue, and Courtney and Herb were both attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to getting it resolved. Beyond that, the entire staff stays engaged—you don’t see people standing around. They’re constantly moving, helping customers, and staying available. Great selection, strong inventory, and a team that actually shows up to help.
I had a decent size order of flooring I was loading and Selena assisted me loading up in between checking customers out. The Southern hospitality throughout the entire staff was very welcoming. The prices are good also but the great customer service from Selena and the rest of the staff was a great start to the day, highly recommend.
Kailey at Floor & Decor was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful. The tile my husband and I wanted wasn’t in stock, so she called nearby stores and found it for us. She also greeted every customer who walked in. Great customer service!!
My husband and I recently came in for a remodel we are doing, and we had the most pleasant experience. The customer service we endured from Stephen was incredible!! He went above and beyond to help us with every detail. If it weren’t for him we would have been chasing our tails, and wasted a lot of time. You don’t see this type of customer service much anymore, so we had to give a big big shoutout. Thank you again Stephen! You’re a real one. If I could give you 10 stars I would!!
