Joe our funeral director from Harrison’s funeral home was absolutely fantastic so patient kind caring respectful and very professional, nothing was a problem his can do attitude was amazing and made our difficult time bare able. Joe was at the end of the phone and replied to any questions very promptly. Joe helped me plan everything, nothing was left to chance, Joe and his team were amazing , from his initial home visit to me going to drop off my fathers last outfit the staff couldn’t have been more helpful , my dad was laid out beautifully, and his wishes were followed to the letter , I couldn’t have asked for better. The obituary in the local paper and online and order of service were put together beautifully and fabulous quality , Harrison’s really went above and beyond for my to our limo driver , a true gentleman thank you dads send off , and a big thank you
The staff were amazing from the start to finish , every detail was followed just the way it was requested. Nothing was too much trouble. They all show so much empathy throughout the whole process at a very sad time. Kelly was so patient and understanding and provided cuddles just at the right time. I can't thank her enough
We as a family have used W S Harrison Funeral Directors twice now and I can honestly say they made it so easy and they were so supportive and genuinely cared. Joe was our funeral director this time and he was brilliant I can't fault him and he made us feel so comfortable, he was more like a friend. I can't thank you enough for your help and guidance. Our late Dad Gordon Simpson was in the ha as of WS Harrison and he was dealt with in the best most caring way, Rosie Johnston helped us so much throughout and she was a star, so professional, so warm and understanding, we felt our Dad was 100% cared for from the minute he arrived until the minute we took him home, thank you so much Josie and all your team.
