Josh and Brock were unbelievable. So kind and helpful and patient and did a phenomenal job with my garage which was damaged by a drunk driver. They put up a makeshift garage door from the pieces of the ruined garage door to help protect my house until the permanent one can be installed. Their compassion and professionalism made the actual work they did even that much better. Cory was the install team for the new garage door and - as expected - was perfect. So polite, professional, made sure everything was perfect and answered every question. I am so impressed with the entire team and company.
My garage door would not raise up this morning just bounce up and down about 4 inches. I booked an appointment online at 6:30 am and by 11:45 am Joey was knocking on my front door. He inspected everything and laid out all of my options for 3 levels of opener and 3 levels of springs. It turns out that I still had the original equipment from my home's construction 17 years ago. Joey used as much of the old system as was safe and upgraded the rest. Before 6 pm, I was pulling my car back inside my garage out of the summer sunshine. I will definitely call them again in about 10-15 years when I need another garage door overhaul!
We have used Garage Door Doctor twice, and I cannot recommend their services enough. Their technicians are trustworthy and reliable. We’ve hired them to install a new garage motor, and to replace a keypad and garage spring. Jesse was our technician for the keypad and spring, and his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to listen to our garage problems was fantastic. He worked diligently to ensure our garage not only worked as it should, but explained the process and pricing thoroughly. At the completion of the job, he walked us through all the repairs he made, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I believe their pricing is fair and reasonable compared to other garage companies we’ve used in the past, and we will certainly bring hiring Garage Door Doctor for future repairs and maintenance. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism which is so uncommon these days, and I will certainly recommend their services to my friends and family!
Technician came out to look at a simple fix but instead quoted us for a whole new door and motor. That added up to over 2,000 dollars and still never looked at what was really wrong. Didn’t want to fix or even look at the problem just wanted to quote for a whole new system. Called another garage repair company and they came out looked at what was going on and was able to fix and said our door and motor are perfectly fine and safe. And charge us less than a 1,000. Garage door doctor just wanted to take avenge of us and get all the money they could. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone!
