Paid them in the past to install a new motor, door seal, and keypad entry. Good quality but not cheap. That was fine a few years ago. Fast forward to 2026. Minor sound issue/needs tune up. They diagnosed it as needing a full rebuild or replacement door. Company is just like abacus now; only offers monumentally priced, sweeping replacements. Used to be better.

Miguel was the technician that arrived at my house. He was very professional and very informative while making repairs. I really appreciate how thorough he was in inspecting and adjusting the components for my garage door opener. I even purchased the preventative maintenance program from Precision because of Miguel's technical competency and affordability. I didn't have a go to person for garage door repairs before, but I do now thanks to Miguel and Precision Garage doors.
