I was a patient with this practice for approximately a decade. I finally left because it was so bad. Dr. Bethdi has a horrible bedside manner. The great doctors they've had never stick around, but NPs are thorough and professional (they get 4 stars). From an administrative perspective, this office is the worst. Test results and information related to visits are difficult to obtain. It took 6 months to receive correct referrals from the date of my annual checkup, even when I repeatedly called the office. Referrals for specialists were sent to practices in Spartanburg, my requests for referrals to specific practices were ignored, and information about which tests/procedures were ordered was not communicated to me. I changed insurance, which was communicated to GMA when I provided a copy of my new insurance card, but unbeknownst to me, they still sent the claim to my old provider. This triggered coverage for an ACA policy for which I had not applied. I realized this when my tax return was rejected for not including a 1095 listing the tax credit that was applied, without my consent, to a policy I never enrolled in. This was all done because GMA disregarded the information provided, which was consistent with my ongoing experiences there. If you need a same-day appointment because you are sick and need antibiotics, this place is okay, but if you are looking for thorough, long-term preventative and whole healthcare, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I have been to both this location and their other location on N. Pleasantburg. I thought the nurse was great and very attentive. Dr. Bethdi spent a good amount of time talking to me about my results. I had a good exerpeince both times.

one of the worst offices i’ve ever seen ran, charges patients for no reason. Tell them a physical is free then you go back and they say “you have a balance” It takes them forever to get back to you, the indian lady at the front is very rude and rolls her eyes. the spanish lady has calls on hold and will refuse to pick them up. The owner will charge you for anything so he can to make money. I would not recommend going unless you want them to provide you with pain medication because thats what they believe in to get money

Since I have been attending Greenville Medical Associates since 2022, I have never had any problems with the office or the staff. Their attention has always been very good. Dr. Bethi has always been attentive to my care, as has NP Julian, whom I also see regularly; he is always available and attentive to my health. My wife and mother have also been attending the office for several years with NP Taylor. They have always received very good care; she is always attentive and mindful of their health and well-being. Overall, Greenville Medical is a good place for your family in terms of healthcare.

Staff is not willing to assist you. They act like they can't talk. Front desk is just there. They were not willing to offer assistance when dr told me to hand deliver medical records then I asked for email address and the said they don't have one for the public you can only fax it. I told lady doctor just said hand bring it in to him. Doctor himself did not want to listen to any on the issues I was describing stating I have a lot of issues. Duh, that's why I'm here. Stay away.
