I stopped in with my son yesterday afternoon to grab 4 of these delicious Prime Rib dinners The guy behind the counter was great and hooked us up. Trying to check out was a different story. They had maybe 3 registers open with no bangers except on one register. Long lines and then one cashier leaves her light on and walks off. Elderly customers shouldn't have to bag their own groceries. Spent more time waiting in line than the 4 prime rib meals being put together.
Our recent haul at the grocery store was amazing thanks to Jay bagging for us. We had a ton of food, but he quickly organized our cart, double bagged what needed to be, and made sure to handle it all with care. He was super polite and made checkout a breeze. Shout out Jay, you are a rockstar!
The costumer service is dependent on the time you show up which indicates to me that they don’t take care of their staff. Also I’m sick of having to scan my own groceries at these prices. I rarely am having to purchase less than 20 products yet I’m constantly forced to scan myself. It’s like a joke to force me to pay for quality without a quality experience… so I guess we are just paying for the zip code. I gladly go out of my way to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s for a better experience. This place needs to get it together.
The parking lot is a bit tricky getting in and out of. The store has very good selections. Pricing is okay, pretty much mainstream. The service at the checkout line is mixed - mostly the people who are there are very helpful and nice.
came to this store today to complete an Instacart order. The customer ordered two boxes of trash bags, and when I went to the trash bag aisle, I wasn’t able to locate them. I approached an employee for assistance, but unfortunately, the interaction was unpleasant. She appeared frustrated, gave me an unfriendly look, and responded with, “If it’s not there, we don’t got it,” in a dismissive tone. She did not attempt to check inventory, suggest an alternative, or offer any further help. Customer service plays a very important role in retail. Even if an item is out of stock, a helpful response could include checking the back, verifying inventory, suggesting a similar product, or simply responding in a courteous and professional manner. A positive attitude and willingness to assist make a big difference in a customer’s experience. After that interaction, I asked another employee for assistance. She went above and beyond to help me, took the time to look into the issue, and I was able to find the trash bags I needed. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness — it made all the difference. I believe good customer service is about effort, respect, and communication. I hope feedback like this helps improve the experience for others in the future.
