I have been going to CJ’s for 5 1/2 years and I have been pleased with the service. Today was an experience that pushed me to make a review. The manager Maddy was awesome and respected the predicament that I was in with the deck stain that I purchased. Thank you.
What happened to the hardware stores that served the community with their needs? Needed to reconfigure my propane supply line and needed one piece of black pipe from the existing supply line cut and threaded on one end. Called to make sure that CJ's did cut and threaded pipe and was told yes they could. Went to the store with my pipe and was told - "We can not cut and thread a piece of pipe that was not purchased here". I questioned why after I had called and been told yes. Answer was "Store Policy". I said if I buy pipe here you charge me to cut it to length and thread it right (the answer was yes), so I said why can't you cut and thread my pipe and charge me what you charge to cut and thread your pipe? Again, "Store Policy" was the answer. I guess they are trying to line their pocket with their already extreme product prices by making you buy product to provide you a service. I guess they don't believe in servicing the members of the community they are located in with their needs. So, they must not believe in their motto, "Your friendly Neighborhood Ace is right around the corner". Will only use this store as a last resort and drive to places like Bush Hardware where they believe in providing service to their clientele.

Bar none the best ACE i’ve ever visited.. amazing paint selection and the tools! wow! lawn care all you could hope for and more.. very impressive location… if you need any kind of hardware you should visit CJs.. and you should also get the ace rewards ! important to get specials and points!
Great place to buy overpriced seasoning or a pellet grill. It used to be a hardware store. If you need replacement parts for your Milwaukee tools, don’t go there just order them online.
I went in today looking at the grilling supplies. I found a grill grate for my Webber grill and went to go checkout. It had a tag directly underneath that said $44.99. I went to check out and to my surprise it rang up at $59.99. What had happened was they had gotten the product mixed up because they rearranged the store for the thousandth time. They would not honor the price. It’s not my fault they mixed everything up.
